A vintage French laundry trolley by Suroy, Loos, France.  Circa 1940s. 
Rusty red in colour, on wheels with a flip top and drop down front - not a design commonly seen. 
Expected gentle wear and tear and fading to colour in places but in good working order and wheels well !
